PSP VIDEO CUTTER INSTRUCTIONS:

How to Cut PSP file Clips on Windows?

1. Free Download and run PSP Video Clip Cutter
   

2. Click Add… to load PSP Video files

3. Click Profile pull down list to Select output video format
   e.g. select Common Video, WMV format for import video to Windows Movie Maker.
   Select Common Video, FLV format for upload video to YouTube.

4. Click Edit to start video editing

5. Click Trim in the main menu to enter the cutter window.

6. Find the Begining of the PSP clip scene you want to be kept.
   

   1. Drag Slider bar to find the begining frame
   2. Click Pause button
   3. Click Set Start Time icon
      

7. Find the End of the PSP clip scense you want to be kept.

   1. Drag Slider bar to find the end frame
   2. Click Pause button
   3. Click Set End Time icon
      
   4. Click OK button when the time setting is done.
      

8. Click big Start Button at the bottom of the Window
   

9. Click Open on the bottom middle to find the cutted PSP movie.
