How to mobile phone video cutter

MOBILE PHONE VIDEO CUTTER INSTRUCTIONS:

How to Cut Mobile Phone file Clips on Windows?

1. Free Download and run Mobile Phone Video Clip Cutter
   

2. Click Add Video to load Mobile Phone Video files

3. Click Profile pull down list to Select output video format
   e.g. select Common Video, WMV format for import video to Windows Movie Maker.
   Select Common Video, FLV format for upload video to YouTube.

4. Click Clip to start video editing Cutting

   1. Find the Begining of the Mobile Phone clip scene you want to be kept.
      

      1. Drag Slider bar to find the begining frame
         
      2. Click Set Start Point icon
         

   2. Find the End of the Mobile Phone clip scense you want to be kept.

      1. Drag Slider bar to find the end frame
         
      2. Click Set End Point icon
         
      3. Click OK button when the time setting is done.
         

5. Click big Start Button at the bottom of the Window
   

6. Click Open on the bottom middle to find the cutted Mobile Phone movie.
