How to Cut Video Clips on Windows 7, vista, xp?

1. Free Download and run Video Clip Cutter
   

2. Click Add Video to load Video files for video cutting

3. Click Profile pull down list to Select output video format
   e.g. select Common Video, WMV format for import video to Windows Movie Maker.
   Select Common Video, FLV format for upload video to YouTube.

4. Click Clip to start video editing

   1. Find the Begining of the video clip scene you want to be kept.
      

      1. Drag Slider bar to find the begining frame
      2. Click Set Start Point icon
         

   2. Find the End of the video clip scense you want to be kept.
