How to cut audio video clip:

Download and run Video Cutter !!
Click Add File to Load audio video files.
The program will let you browse your hard disc. Add the file you want to convert or Edit.
Then Click Next(N) Button.
Set Start Frame and End Frame to Cut
1. Start Time You can set starting time by clicking the up and down button in the Set Start Time box.
2. End Time
  You can set ending time by clicking the up and down button in the Set End Time box.
  After you set the end time, the length of the captured clip will be shown in the Duration box for your reference.
3. Click Next(N) button
Set the Output file name
1. Click Browse button.
2. Type in File Name then Click Save
Click Next(N) Button to cut a video
1. Click Browse button to check the result.
